Why do I get a headache if I don’t drink my coffee?

If your coffee contains caffeine, that is the reason why. Caffeine stimulates your adrenal system to produce a very powerful hormone that causes the blood vessels to constrict. When the caffeine stimulus wears off, the blood vessels will dilate.
